  1. 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  2. 3/4 cup finely grated parmesan
  3. 2 tablespoons LSA
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 150g green beans
  6. Olive oil, to spray
  7. Tzatziki, to serve
  8. Lemon wedges, to serve

The instruction how to make Crispy green bean fries

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine panko breadcrumbs, parmesan and LSA in a bowl. Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl. Trim the ends of the green beans.
  3. Coat the beans in the egg, then dip in the crumb mixture to coat. Place on the prepared tray. Spray with olive oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve with tzatziki and lemon wedges.
