  4. 1/2 cup cream
  5. 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  6. 1 bunch asparagus trimmed, halved and blanched

  1. Cook 500g pasta shells in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet instructions. Drain pasta and return to pan.
  2. Add eggs, butter, cream and parmesan to pasta, tossing quickly over a low heat.
