  1. Olive oil
  2. 2 sweet potato
  3. 8 potatoes
  4. 3 onions
  5. 3 red capsicum
  6. 5 carrots
  7. 1/2 jap pumpkin
  8. 1L Massel chicken style liquid stock
  9. 50ml milk

The instruction how to make Roast vegetable soup

  1. Place vegetables in a roasting pan and toss with oil. Roast at 180C until they are golden brown on the outside.
  2. Transfer the vegetables to a large pot and fill with chicken stock until the vegetables are just covered.
  3. Simmer until everything in the pot is soft.
  4. Blend contents of the pot into a smooth puree.
  5. Add milk to your desired thickness.
  6. Serve with crusty bread.
