  2. 85g (1/2 cup) canned lentils, rinsed, drained
  3. 1 celery stick, coarsely chopped
  4. 75g cherry tomatoes, halved
  5. 30g baby rocket
  6. 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  7. 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek
  9. 20g feta, crumbled
